If you are a veteran, please stay away from this realtor. We were trying to buy a house that she had listed, and they refused to accept our over asking price. They said they thought it was sketchy and didn’t feel right accepting our offer because we were using my VA loan with no down payment. They called my lender even after we gave them a pre approval letter and started asking very personal financial questions like income and credit score. Which is none of her business and our lender didn’t give her anything. Anyways the point is VETERANS STAY AWAY, they discriminate because we’re using my benefits that I EARNED FIGHTING FOR THIS COUNTRY.

Liliana was a great help in selling our house. We had to move before the house sold, and we felt completely at ease leaving it in her hands. She took care of everything! She is well-versed in the area and its attributes, so she was able to fully inform potential buyers of the great amenities and local flavor. She is bi-lingual and was able to communicate well in two languages. She was always willing to answer her phone and my questions at any time.

Lilliana arranged for a professional house cleaning and a interior decorator to stage my house. In addition she arranged for outstanding professional photos and advertised with a number of mls services.
