Liliana had no hesitation in helping us (out of state buyers) to negotiate a fair price with the seller. She communicated with us openly and honestly. Answered all our questions expeditiously. Lili did a fantastic job selling my villa. She is incredibly knowledgable, experienced, and dedicated with superior “people skills”. She maximized the use of social media to target potential buyers to my unique property. Also, I was absolutely astonished over the frequency of open-house showings that she had!!! I could not ask for anything more and I am so happy that I selected her as my realtor!

Liliana was a great help in selling our house. We had to move before the house sold, and we felt completely at ease leaving it in her hands. She took care of everything! She is well-versed in the area and its attributes, so she was able to fully inform potential buyers of the great amenities and local flavor. She is bi-lingual and was able to communicate well in two languages. She was always willing to answer her phone and my questions at any time.
